CLIMATE NUGGETS videos provide climate science and insights in small, edible, chunks - which are best digested in the order posted. The intent is to build literacy in the subject so that later policy discussions can be informed by science and less by opinions.

We can develop a common understanding of what may be in store for us in terms of the TIMING of possible temperature changes and the potential IMPACTS at those temperatures. Only armed with that information can intelligent decisions be made about actions which must be taken. If minor IMPACTS are expected this century, then little must be done; on the other hand, if awful futures are likely with our behaviors in the next decade, then other actions are required.
